Fish Pie for 4

There is nothing so comforting as a creamy gentle fish pie — make it with either mash potatoes or a flaky pastry topping.

4 large potatoes or sheets of filo pastry

4 Swiss chard leaves or 1/2 bag of spinach

250 g haddock, cod and salmon

1 chopped onion

2 crushed garlic cloves

i chopped carrot

1 tsp Dijon mustard

284ml double cream

2 handfuls of cheddar and or parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

1 cup of milk for the mash
