Welcome to the first episode of my Podcast. I want to share with you all my favourite recipies I have created throughout Lockdown. This is the Leek Risotto. This recipe is for two people.

3 oz Risotto Rice

4 leeks, white part chopped

1oz unsalted butter

1 oz parmesan cheese

salt and pepper

1 pint chicken stock

1 tblsp olive oil

1/2 chopped onion

2 large sage leaves 

1/2 oz butter
