On a warm summer’s day I like to put together my version of a Salad Nicoise, so easy and much appreciated… eat slowly to make it last!
1 large slice of fresh tuna
6 small new potatoes
8 cherry tomatoes
2 oz gruyere cheese
4 oz round green beans ( Kenya )
8 green olives
2 cloves of garlic
6 lettuce leaves
a sprig of mint
1 tbls capers
